The XPD combines 12 preprogrammed massage nodes and 20 adjustable levels of strength with variable frequencies. There are 6 TENS nodes and 6 EMS nodes. Users will be able to find the perfect solution to their pain needs.
The therapy provided by the device interrupts the pain signals to the brain. It stimulates and relaxes the muscles in the affected areas through safe electrical charges.
Electrodes
The electrode pads have a thick and reusable hydrogel layer. Additionally, they adhere well and have a long shelf life. Maintaining the pads is key to ensuring they last a long time. When applying them, users should not touch them with their fingers. When therapy ends, users should immediately put the protective plastic covering back on the pads.
Batteries
The XPD’s batteries are built in. They recharge quickly and have a long life. Users will enjoy many therapy sessions before needing to recharge the batteries.
Durability
The device itself is durable and built to last. Because it only has a few parts, there is rarely a chance for failure or breakage. However, over time there may be a need to replace the TENS electrodes and gel pads.
Other Features

HiDow Ion Conductor Spray is an optional add-on that can be purchased to increase the adhesiveness of the gel pads. It will increase the lifespan of the gel pads as well as their effectiveness and impact.

Negatives
On the downside, some users have reported bouts of sciatica after the first few uses of this device. Once they became used to it, however, this was no longer a problem.
